취소 및 변경 규정: 모든 투어 예약 취소는 페널티가 부과되며 금액은 취소일에 따라 다릅니다. 밴쿠버 로얄투어는 투어 오퍼레이터로서 다음과 같은 취소 규정에 따릅니다. 예약 후 출발일이 45일 이상 남았을 경우 전액 환불, 출발일 44일부터~ 30일전에는 50%, 출발일 29일부터~8일전에는 75%, 출발 7일부터~당일 취소는 전액 100%의 취소수수료가 부과됩니다. (카드수수료는 환불제외) 출발일 변경 요청은 결제 시점과 무관하게 출발일 한달이상 남아 있을 경우에만 1회 변경이 가능하며, 변경 가능 여부는 게런티 상황이 아님을 안내 드립니다. 항공권, 크루즈, 휴양지패키지 (예, Sunwing) 등의 예약 대행의 경우 밴쿠버 로얄투어의 환불규정이 아닌 해당 항공사 및 서비스 제공업체의 규정에 따라 날짜 변경 및 재발행, 취소 위약금이 적용됩니다. 패키지 투어에 항공사, 유람선, 기차, 호텔과 같은 제 3자 여행 판매자의 여행 서비스가 포함된 경우, 해당 제공자의 정책이 적용되며, 고객이 해당 약관의 모든 비용과 수수료를 전적으로 부담합니다. 밴쿠버 로얄투어는 항공사나 패키지 투어 제공회사의 취소나 변경 정책에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 개인의 부주의, 지병, 부상, 질병, 사망, 분실, 도난 및 항공사 문제(딜레이, 취소, 결항) 등으로 인한 일정 불참시, 혹은 날씨, 산불, 폭설, 자연재해, 천재지변으로 인한 일정취소 및 변경사항 등은 취소 및 날짜변경의 사유가 되지 않으며 밴쿠버 로얄투어는 책임이 없음을 알려 드립니다. 모든 취소 및 변경은 본 규정에 따릅니다.

Cancellation and revision regulations: All tour reservations are subject to penalties for cancellations, and the amount of the penalty varies depending on the cancellation date. Vancouver Royal Tours adheres to the following cancellation regulations as a tour operator: if the departure date is more than 45 days away from the date of reservation, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations made between 44 days and 30 days prior to the departure date, a 50% penalty will be applied. Between 29 days and 8 days prior to the departure date, a 75% penalty will be applied. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure or on the day of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. (Card fees are non-refundable.) Requests for changes to the departure date are allowed only if there is more than one month remaining before the departure date, regardless of the payment date. Please note that change availability is not guaranteed. For reservations involving third-party travel providers such as airlines, cruises, and vacation packages (e.g., Sunwing), date changes, reissuance, and cancellation penalties will be determined by the regulations of the respective airline or service provider, not Vancouver Royal Tours' refund policy. If a package tour includes travel services from third-party sellers such as airlines, cruise lines, trains, hotels, and the like, the policies of those providers will apply, and customers are solely responsible for all associated costs and fees. Vancouver Royal Tours does not assume responsibility for the cancellation or modification policies of airlines or package tour providers. Vancouver Royal Tours is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to personal negligence, illness, injury, disease, death, loss, theft, or airline-related issues (delays, cancellations, or overbooking). Additionally, events such as weather conditions, wildfires, heavy snowfall, natural disasters, or force majeure events will not be considered reasons for cancellation or date changes. Vancouver Royal Tours disclaims any liability for such situations. All cancellations and modifications must adhere to this policy.
