1. 호텔 위치 :

국제 공항에서 10km 이내 거리에 위치해야하며 지정된 검역 시설과의 근접해야합니다.

2. 액세스 고려 사항 

소방법 규정 준수해야하며 휠체어 및 기타 보조 장치를 사용할수 있어야합니다.

공항에서 호텔까지 적절한 교통편 제공 또는 개인 차량으로 도착하는 여행자를위한 주차 공간이 있어야 합니다.

3. 환기 용량 :

상업용 건물 HVAC 시스템의 검사 및 유지 보수에 대한 표준 관행 준수 (ASHRAE 표준 180 "상용 건물 HVAC 시스템의 검사 및 유지 보수에 대한 표준 관행")

최적의 습도 수준을위한 실내 공기 품질 표준 준수 (ASHRAE 62.1 "허용되는 실내 공기 품질을위한 환기")

4. 기본 인프라 / 기능 요구 사항 :

온라인 등록, 체크인 및 체크 아웃 절차가 가능한 호텔이여야 합니다.

참고 : 여행자는 온라인 또는 전화로 호텔 숙박을 예약하고 선결제해야합니다.

보안, 제어 및 모니터링되는 출입구와 주 7일 24시간 리셉션 데스크에 호텔 직원이 상주하여야합니다. 

또한 호텔 방에서 격리를 하고 있는지 모니터링을 할수 있는 조치가 필요합니다. (호텔 방 외 호텔 내 외출 또는 시설 이용 금지) 

개별 욕실이 있는 방, 전화 시스템이 구축되어있어야합니다.

5. 시설에 필요한 공간 :

식사 준비 (현장 또는 외부) 및 배달 전에 적절한 온도로 유지되는 식품

모든 적절한 개인 예방 및 산업 보건 및 안전 조치에 대해 교육을받은 직원.

타인과의 접촉을 최소화하고 마스크 사용 및 물리적 거리 (2m)를 포함하는 필수적이고 짧은 외부 시간 (예 : 연기 휴식)을위한 프로세스를 설정합니다.

각 여행자 실, 공용 구역 및 모든 출입 지점에 최소 60 %의 알코올이 포함 된 알코올 기반 손 소독제를 제공합니다.

8. 청소 :

직원은 COVID-19 청소 및 소독 지침에 대한 교육을 받고 공공 장소에 이러한 규칙을 지켜야합니다

여행자가 자신의 방 (예 : 침대 옆 탁자, 화장실, 전등 스위치)의 고 접촉 표면을 청소할 수 있도록 적절한 소독제를 제공합니다.

자주 만지는 표면은 약물 식별 번호 (DIN)가있는 승인 된 단단한 표면 소독제로 모든 호텔 공용 공간에서 하루에 두 번, 눈에 띄게 더러울 때 

(예 : 엘리베이터 버튼, 계단 손잡이, 문 손잡이, 조리대) 청소 및 소독해야합니다 ) 또는 승인 된 소독제를 사용할 수없는 경우 희석 된 표백제를 사용해야합니다.

직원과 공중 화장실 및 화장실 표면은 적절한 소독제로 매일 최소 2 회 청소 및 소독합니다.

숙박 시작시 깨끗한 침구가 제공되며 요청시 교환 해줘야합니다.

세탁-깨끗한 침구와 손수건 등-일반 세탁 비누와 물을 사용하거나 일반 세탁 세제를 사용하여 60-90 ° C에서 세탁기로 세탁하고 완전히 말려야합니다.

검역 중 발생하는 폐기물은 비닐 봉지에 담아 밀봉하여 폐기해야합니다.

각 여행자 / 가족 숙박 후 객실을 철저히 청소하고 적절하게 소독해야합니다.

9. 식품 안전 :

1. Location of the hotel:

• Located no more than 10 km from an international airport; proximity to a designated quarantine facility is an asset
• Clear and congestion-free access to hotel room
• Accessible to a tertiary care hospital facility

2. Access considerations

• Compliant with the provincial fire code regulations
• Accessibility for wheelchairs and other assistive devices
• Provide appropriate transportation from airport to hotel
• Parking space for travellers arriving by private vehicle

3. Ventilation capacity:

• Compliant with Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems (ASHRAE Standard 180 "Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems")
• Compliant with Indoor Air Quality Standards for optimal humidity levels (ASHRAE 62.1 "Ventilation for acceptable Indoor Air Quality")

4. Basic infrastructure/functional requirements:

• Online registration, check-in and check-out procedures
  • Note: Travellers will be required to use a 3rd party centralized booking system to reserve and pre-pay their hotel stay
• Able to load proposed rate for this initiative in the Apollo Global Distribution System (GDS) with a unique rate code. Alternatively, if the property is not on the Apollo GDS, it must be able to provide a unique rate code in order for the identified travel management company to book the rate.
• Secured, controlled, and monitored entry and exit points
• 24/7 reception desk service and availability of hotel staff
• Measures in place to monitor compliance with mandatory isolation requirements (e.g. traveller movement within hotel)
• Individual rooms with bathroom; accessible rooms should be available
• Functional telephone system for providing communications

5. Space requirements for the facility:

• Laundry facilities (on- or off-site)
• Meal preparation (on- or off-site) and food maintained at appropriate temperature before delivery

6. Traveller services:

• Contactless meal delivery to traveller rooms
• Functional television and radio 
• Free Wifi access

7. Infection prevention and control (IPC) infrastructure:

• Physical separation between regular clients and travellers. This also includes separate floors, elevators/staircases
• One way circulation for entry and exit of travellers
• Staff trained on all appropriate personal preventive and occupational health and safety measures.
• Establish a process for essential and short outside time (e.g. smoke break) that minimizes contact with others and includes mask use and physical distancing (2m)
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol to be provided in each traveller room, throughout common areas and at all entry/exit points. 

8. Cleaning:

• Staff are  trained on COVID-19 Cleaning and disinfecting guidelines and know how to apply these best cleaning practices for public spaces
• Provision of appropriate disinfectants for travellers to clean high-touch surfaces in their own rooms (e.g. bedside tables, toilets, light switches).
• Frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected in all hotel common areas twice daily and more often when visibly dirty (e.g. elevator buttons, stair cases hand rails, door knobs, countertops) with an  approved hard-surface disinfectants that have a Drug Identification Number (DIN) or if an approved disinfectant product is not available, use a diluted bleach solution.
• Staff and public bathroom and toilet surfaces are cleaned and disinfected at least twice daily with appropriate disinfectant
• Clean linens provided at beginning of stay and exchanged upon request. 
• Laundry -- clean bedding and hand towels, etc., -- using regular laundry soap and water or machine wash at 60-90 °C with common laundry detergent and dry thoroughly
• Waste generated during quarantine should be placed in plastic garbage bags and sealed before disposal
• Rooms must be thoroughly cleaned and properly disinfected after each traveller/family stay

9. Food Safety:

• Meals delivered must follow Canada's food guide and take into account the travellers dietary restrictions (allergies, religious and dietary needs)
• Caterer or food service provider must be compliant with the Safe Food for Canadians Act, the Food and Drugs Act as well as the all required provincial and municipal food safety legislations
• Water must be potable by meeting the requirements of Health Canada's Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality

10. Data reporting:

• Capacity to report daily the number of travellers
• Capacity to generate daily list of travellers (check-in, check-out)
• Capacity to report non-compliant travellers to PHAC
